At Makemake Organics, we want you to love your organic essentials, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on items in their original, unwashed condition. We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our sustainably sourced and ethically made products.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all organic cotton tags are attached and the products are unworn.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
